“Prescott Pride” Tiles
Let’s finish the Pride Wall! Each of the pale letters above is an unfired six-inch-square ceramic tile which you can purchase for only $15; it can be personalized with names and dates in celebration of a life together, or in memory of a life remembered, or whatever you want (so long as it is G-rated).
Or, for the same price, you can decorate a blank tile with glazes at Girl Talk Studio in Prescott.
Again, your tile can be in memory, celebration, or whatever! The finished tiles will be displayed on the wall in the back courtyard.
It typically takes about a week to have a tile fired, so act now: only eight are needed to finish “Prescott Pride!”

Volunteer at the Pride Center
We would like to develop a larger volunteer pool so that the work is spread out and the time commitment per person is shorter. If every household on our mailing list volunteered, the monthly staffing commitment would be less than ten minutes each. If half of you respond, a little less than twenty minutes would be needed per person.
In reality, the Pride Center only needs about 26 volunteers to work one two-hour shift each month to keep it open. If you sign up for two shifts, we only need 13 people. Think about how much you’re getting for your time. It’s a small commitment in exchange for a community resource like the Prescott Pride Center.
